I came here to get a nice workout it. They have great equipment here. I'm not too sure about the monthly membership, but daily price is 300 rupees. They have free water and play decent music to workout too. This place does get pretty crowded towards the evenings, but I think that's the case with gyms worldwide. People get off work and go workout. If you're in need of a good gym, this one is for you.
If you are a tourist looking for a cheap local gym with all of the weight training equipment you need and a friendly, accommodating staff, this is your place.

Simple but lots of different equipment. Absolutely no air circulation and very stuffy.
The place is awesome. If you love old school gym then it is a place.
Decent gym it is located around 10 minutes away from lakeside in Pokhara. There is no cardio machines here but there is a multiple weight machines with a mix of free weights and machines the free weights have no clips making bench and deadlifts interesting but there are enough weights to do all the excercises you want to. It is 200 rupees each session or 1500 for a months membership
I stopped in for a workout between treks. Daily entry cost me 200 NR and they have free water. It has all the weights you need. If you are looking for cardio, just go trekking. Cheap and conveniently located.
