Best gym in the city

#Gym is fine in town with latest equipment and best thing is, it has maximum windows for fresh air supply.
But the 2 equipments in gym were broken/ not working and it has not been maintained till today. I have complained regarding all these but they aren't listening.
#Treadmill (in picture below)-broken handle since my admission which is 5month
#SmithMachine (in pictures below)- since 3 ½ months.

For Areobic /Cardio /Jumba dance i think it's fine..
