Good facilities but bad hospitality

I think the hotel is good as the facilities are quite acceptable as it has basic amenities like A.C and visual facilities

Good budget hotel to stay in with nice restaurant

Well plan to stay there for 2 days but had to change plan due to conditions of room. First room washroom was choke. Cable connection was cut due to laps of payment. The second room was provided to me but what I found there cockroach are sleep walking in room and no 1 take care. Food was good but costly. Two star only for food
