  One of the pecularities of Pathibhara Hotel is that it has ever ongoing construction work. There is the presence of a storage facility containing construction materials and just behind it lies an expensive room 😇😇😇.When asked for two slippers, the hotel provided just the one because it is hotel's policy to give a pair of slipper for a pair of humans😀😂😂 It needs a significant improvement in customer services if it wants to win hearts of its customer.

  This hotel lacks professional working people. Room rates are not based on market price. Not a pleasent place to stay. However, the food is good.

  Good rooms, good food, and good wifi speed. Ideal for official visits and stays. The price for food is a little to expensive for the area but if you go with the taste, the price seems reasonable.

  worst experience ever. I never recommend this hotel anyone..Staff attitude is shameless..NO any hospitality manner. They doesnt know how to communicate with guest..shameless experience.I never stay in this place ever.Better stay hotels in Biratnagar.
