Just Ok for shopping but doesn't have lots of shop for multiple choice option and is mostly empty idk why and had some criminal issue in the past reason unknown place is mostly dark and bit confusing to navigate and feels narrow while walking.

Convenient location .. very near to Pashupatinath Temple and internationl airport.
The view of holy Temple is awesome.
It has Hotel Amadablam, Spa, Gym, convienent store, shopping center, Bank ATM. It has space for programs and seminars.

Its a good shopping center. Its in good location. You need not yo worry for parking, it has very good space for car parking. You can enjoy shopping. You will get travel agencies too. You can take service of 3 star hotel in the same complex. You can join health club which is very good. You can do exercise and take sauna bath. Its A class fitness center.
