Its market is growing rapidly in major cities Kathmandu, Chitwan, pokhara, dhangadi. Price of meat is around 2000 per kg. Besides meats, it also produces chiks and eggs.

  مزرعة لتربية النعام الافريقي جميله كما يتم بيع بيض النعام بها السعر كان ب2000 روبيه للبيضه ولكنها تبعد كثيرا عن العاصمه والذهاب اليها يحتاج الى يوم راحه باحدى المناطق الغريبه منها ثم الذهاب اليها عبر التكتوك او الموتو سيكل

  Recently I visited this place just to see Ostrich since this bird is not found natively in Nepal. As a visiting charge you need to pay NRs. 100 per adult and NRs. 50 per student. While I visited there were more than 200 birds, all seems to be of same height and age. You'll love the way birds walk in the group. If you are tourist at this place please take drinking water along with you since there is no nearby shop to purchase mineral water.
