Beautiful infrastructure with proper utilization of area.. far from pollution and crowd.. quality of food is good aswell maintenance must be done on time.

Nice place with facility. However need improvements in quality. Rooms are good but smells molded. Quality of food needs improvement. Better if they serve local taste and cuisines, that would be wonderful. The activity can be much better and meaningful rather than just having it and rushing it.
Overall I like it but the improvements will allow much better stay and relaxation.report this review -

Nice place and service along with an affordable price. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The only problem we faced was reaching this place in a public vehicle.

I didn't liked the hospitality. The behaviours of the staff was not up to the level. The place is good but there is lot more to do. Not so happy with the hospitality. The staff were hesitating to answer the simplest questions.
Servive slow bhayepani i think hospitality matters so there is lot more to learn.

The place is difficult to access for regular vehicles. You need to either get a SUV or book the hotel vehicle to come pick you up. It is accessible by motorbikes. Smaller vehicles are not advised as the last 2 km to reach the place is rough track.

This place is beautiful and silent with all the requirement that is needed whwn you are far away for trip. This place supports good biological condition and has got gnough visiting place with clean environment. People shouldn't forget to get here once.

Poor customer service and reservation department. We had booked our office outing for 30+ staffers here only to be told a week later that our reservation has been cancelled. Apparently the person who talked to me did not check previous bookings on that date and confirmed our reservation. Very unprofessional.
1) There seems to be no coordination between the Kathmandu Office and the resort office.
2) They are very indifferent to customer requests and very irresponsible in handling reservations.
3) Very unprofessional people.
They wasted our time and effort.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A CORPORATE OUTING!
