  Not reliable. Machine has been broken for a long time as per their information. Answering of calls is also sporadic. Nice concept but no follow through. A nice website etc are very well and good but the buck stops at being able or unable in this case to provide the service. Do get your logistics in order.

  I was at my worst & helpless but you people didn't let me down. Thank you so much for providing your service at patan hospital ward & making them clean with wonderful smell. I had no one to ask to clean my bloody messy clothes. Thank you once again guys seriously you guys didn't even hesitated once to collect my clothes time & again. I seriously would love to recommend this service to everyone in need they do it with humanity.

  Terrible service. I tried for a few weeks. They do pick up and deliver laundry but never arrive at the time they say they will arrive. So for example I phoned them yesterday evening. They said we will send for pickup tomorrow morning. I waited whole morning. It is now 1.22 pm. Nothing. This has happened every time, even after I requested that they give me exact time of arrival. AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

  I believe they should shut down their business and do something else. If my pet would have washed the clothes it would have turned out well.
  
  The white shirt came back brownish yellow, another white clothes had some kind of VISIBLE stain on it. Few clothes had black mark on it. The colours were all faded. Seemed as if they just threw the clothes in the machine and dried it without even looking. Do you even call this washing??
  
  Never am i going to recommemd this place to anyone.
  If you love your clothes then this is not the place to go at all!!!

  Literally so happy with their service.. I had many clothes from my shop so I was afraid if it'd be lost because of many quantity, but as assured on the phone it was tagged, washed and folded so genuinely.
  I felt their staff were well trained..
  Their laundry detergent smells so good.. My clothes were fresh and like new again..
  Thank you Nepali Dhobi that you exist..
  Would always recommend their laundry service to everyone !!
