  This is the most awesome music gallery to search for any kind of musical instruments. Everything I bought from this store were given in very reasonable price. Service was too good and the sense of humour they have is just unimaginable. Instruments are of the best quality. Thank for your service Nepal Music Gallery.

  Really bad experience, and just makes me feel bad about the customer service and integrity of a company.. I highly advise you NOT to shop here unfortunately, I bought something and it was very low quality.. even though it was the more expensive one. The women was incredibly rude and actually mean to me. After trying to use the product once or twice, I messaged the guy on WhatsApp about it, didn't really get a clear answer what was the issue. Went back to the store and they just said oh we can't return it. So basically, they sold me something that is not as good quality as he said when I was getting it! And then takes no ownership for it being not good and me being unhappy. On top of that they were like well you are just one person, so if you write a review no one will care (which is just not nice too) it was just all around bad experience and now I have something I don't want and can't use and bad memory of taking service from them which is really the opposite of all I was looking for here. He also said, "well, its Nepal and there is no return." Although, when he was trying to sell me something and I found it much cheaper, the cheaper place said you can return no problem. And when I told this to the women at the store today, she said, "Well those are just words.." Actually, they both said that.. the two of them, don't believe their words. Now they are saying don't believe people too cuz' they have low integrity? So sad. Honestly. And I don't think they even get it or care. Again, not a business anyone should support and will go home remembering this from them. There other music stores I would recommend, as I had to deal with a lot the past few days and happy to share those contacts..actually, so many in town so really make your choice wisely, what you want to support and how the company is supporting their customers and how they are in business.

  Ordered from overseas for my Dad in Nepal, got the response quickly. Also delivered on time. Very satisfied with the product. Thank you for making online shopping quicker and easier. Absolutely recommend.
