I booked a 9 day ABC trek through Nepal Gateway Trekking (NGT), and would like to share with the world about how great my experience was. I had met a man on my tour in Tibet who has been to Nepal for the last decade if not more. He was a trekking enthusiast who had a deep connection with the country and who has been using Nepal Gateway Trekking since its inception back in the early 2000s and who recommended me Raj for my travel needs. From the moment I met Raj, I found him extremely caring and considerate, understanding mine and my friends budgets and trekking needs (we're not hardcore hikers).

We worked out a brilliant schedule and plan for our trek, Raj took the time out to listen to what we liked and didn't like, he offered options and when we didn't like something he would amend and adapt the plan to tailor to our demands. He was constantly in contact and delivered well thought out agenda's written down to the very last detail. He provided us with a guide/porter suitable for our age, who took the best care of us throughout our trek. We had such a great time on our trek that we even booked Chitwan and are now considering another small hike for our last few days in Nepal.

Raj is a highly experienced individual, with a great enthusiasm for trekking and love for his country, he is conscientious and understanding, and delivers a professional service. Someone that you feel you can naturally trust instantly upon meeting. He has a calm air about him, a true Nepali in his approach to life.

Overall, I had an amazing experience, from the get go, the service was brilliant and we are still in contact now. I will, like my trekker enthusiast who recommended him, always have him as a contact and will forever be recommending him and his company to my friends and colleagues.

Thank you Raj for an amazing experience, it made our time in Nepal a great one.

I and my friend had the most amazing time in Annapurna and Rafting. The company was so professional from start to finish. The people are the kindest and most liberal I have ever met. I didn't want to leave the country and wish I had booked a longer trip. Thank you Nepal Gateway Trekking Team making us Annapurna Base Camp Trek and Rafting trip make unforgettable in our life. We can’t wait to book another long trip.
