its nice place for those wanting to have ncell services such as ncell new sim, ncell sim card replacement, activating old sim card,setting management regarding ncell various function in quick and efficient manner.. this ncell centre has token system for getting services which makes easier for the person to wait and know their turn is coming soon.. due to well managed system and easy access for many customers of ncell it had maintained nice reputation situated in centre of biratnagar city market opposite of sunny mandir biratnagar-dharan road beside nearby bhatbhateni supermarket.. i also had to wait for 1 hour for my turn to come as in token it was already mentioned about queue size greater than 1 hour i spend there for 1 hour as there was nice and peaceful enviroment and as my turn came service providing time taken was hardly 2-3 minute staff are well efficient and are decent. in general i like the service provided by this ncell centre of biratnagar and hope will keep on making more and more functional as it is now

Changed the old SIM card with 4g sim. Customer service staff was very helpful help with my all my query related to communication issues. Good that all Ncell customer service Centre is providing Token system which helps to maintain the crowd.

Ncell office.New sim can be bought here.Here they answers our query related to communication problems too.Token system is available here to maintain the crowd.Other works like recharging,blocking sim are also done.
