  Deeply dissatisfied with your worst services and third class customer care. The data services have not been working since yesterday and it is not first time, there is constant disturbance in the services. Furthermore, Ncell is not covering most of the Biratnagar area, which is causing inconvenience to many users.
  I have tried reaching out to this ncell center to resolve these issues but they are careless at their lowermost level, I have been extremely disappointed with the response. The customer service is always the worst, and it has not been able to provide me with any satisfactory solutions to my problems, most of people might be facing same issues. I am planning to switch to other service provider completely.

  Employees were very humble and heard customers very patiently.
  It's token system there.
  Don't rely on 'Est waiting time' mentioned in the token.
  It's clean and sanitized frequently.
  Few waiting seats, less furnished, very open, and over crowded because it's the only one customer service center in the city.

  Ncell office.New sim can be bought here.Here they answers our query related to communication problems too.Token system is available here to maintain the crowd.Other works like recharging,blocking sim are also done.

  Good service is provided by the staff with managed office. The token system is quite good to manage the crowd for their turns.
