Well nice service . But one time when i was in ncell center Itahari the staff on the receptionist doesnot know how to transfer the balance , or even she knew she did not personally help him to transfer the balance nor she assist him with proper guidance ..

One and only service centre at itahari located by Ncell (Nepal kai lagi). Services provided by this centre is more than satisfactory. I remember I went to issue one sim card for my sister over there. I personally find the staff working over there are quite humble and cooperative as comparative to other service centre. My work was accomplised with in few minutes and that was great time too. Office layout is also nice.

Ncell is one of the most growing tely communication network of Nepal.
It is providing it's best service in Nepal.
It has established many branches all over Nepal to provide it's service easily and to reach it's consumer or users easily & to provide services accordingly.
Among them one is it's branch of itahari which is in Western side of itahari chock near honkong market
It is providing prompt and quick services to it's consumer or users.
All the services provided by Ncell can be received through this branch.
It is providing it's service in better way
So I love Ncell center of itahari.

This center has good service. Staffs are friendly, helpful and joyful. You can visit the center in office time on work day.
