Peace place where any one can spend around 2 hours during holiday. The gumba's speciality is the location in the middle of forest area, not far from the city and the most important is the art and culture it represents through various ways inside the and outside the gumba.

Beautiful place to visit on your day off with family. Open only on Saturdays. Roadside parking for both bikes and cars. There aren't good restaurants near this Gumba so you should take some dry foods with you. On your way back you can visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

Beautiful place to visit. .. Not far from the Kathmandu city but is very peaceful place. Fresh air, fresh environment, jungles, beautiful scenery around, easily accessible, there is local bus available and many more.
I think everyone should visit at least once.

Dhagpo Sheydrub Ling Foundation supports the study, practice, and transmission of Buddhism in both the East and the West.
The merits accumulated in giving for propagation of Dharma is the greatest of all deeds.
May the merits accumulated through your generosity benefit all sentient beings to be free from the sufferings of Samsara.
