Excellent service!! I wasn't expecting such a level of service in a banking firm since i have had couple of horrible experiences with others. There were people ready to provide info at the branch. Even the guards were polite and knowledgeable. Well done NIC Hetauda. Keep up the good work.

Timing schedule is worst there should be 2/3 ATM near to hospital and make market. if possible than manage mobile ATM facilities thank you 😊

Gives best banking experience. Best servive than other banks. Services are bit slow but very genuine.
