The hotel was fantastic, infrastructure good, food was 3/5. They were renovating so that maybe the reason the service wasn't up to mark. The rooms are big, has AC, HOT/COLD water. It maybe the best hotel you can find around Bhairahawa. Just because service was just below mark I gave it 3/5.
