  This is the university in the Capital city of Karnali Province. This is established in 2067 B.S. in the Heart of Surkhet valley. The newly emerged course i.e. Hydro-engineer is studied here only among all over the Nepal. Moreover in this university Science, Accountancy, Business, Maths., IR like subjects are being taught here. This university played a great role to develop the nation by means of Scientific education.
