  Please teach your non technical staffs to behave with patients. Dont know they are your internal staff or outsourced. Teach them to behave before hiring.
  It is obvious that everyone gets sick, this is not their inferiority. Learn to behave with them if you don't want to behave them as patient. Then please try to behave them well as a customer.
