I am actually disappointed by the fact that how careless and irresponsible the management of manjushree is ! Just because most of the local people in dharan are uneducated or have little awarness doesnt mean that you try to dodge the eye of locals .Actually when i asked about the endoscopy they told me Dr Bikram Pradhan (GI Specialist) would be doing it,so i took an appointment and endoscopy was performed ,i dint had the idea on how Dr Bikram Pradhan looked like bt still had doubts .So when i got the report and saw that there was signature of some other Doctor (consultant ) i was shocked!!!And when i asked about it they were speechless for a while and one of the staff replied that ‘since the report are normal it shouldnt matter’.Just for the sake of earning money they are doing such kind of frauds?? At least they could have pre informed ,what if the procedure had gone wrong?How could such a clinic do such kind of negligence ?? This is totally wrong.No wonder why people has lost faith over the hospitals or clinics!
