I was eagerly waiting to gift the Ultimate Father's Day Box to my dad this year but my order was delivered the next day. I can understand the hustle during the festive season but as a customer, infact a proud Nepali customer, we have huge expectations from Makkuse. Despite the delay, my dad LOVED the gift and was asking me 'how to follow these gudpak on fb'. Cute right? But it would have been cuter if the delivery was done promptly. So I just wanna convey my best wishes for the team to level up their game and keep my dad more busy on fb, haha

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FOOD AND SERVICE.
Wrong product delivered for what was ordered and 2 days late.

The business should not not take orders if they can’t fulfill.
I wanted to support nepali business but got a disappointment instead.
Such a disgrace.

If you're looking for a truly amazing treat, then look no further than the Pustakari and Cookies at this wonderful establishment. I have to say, these treats are mouth-watering and truly amazing! It's hard to describe just how delicious they are, but once you take a bite, you'll understand what I mean.

The cookies are an absolute scam. The cookies are Rs 100 EACH and they taste like the ones you could get for Rs 5 per packet few years back. I bet they probably cost like Re 1 each to make. I was absolutely disappointed and embarrassed as this was a gift for someone else. I would not recommend this to anyone but if you like burning money well it your money. Better donate your money than buy these products.
