Dear All be aware of LG product once the complain arises they treat customer terrible and behaves like they are doing favour just to speak ,problem solving is too Far .Pls pls i would suggest to choose some other brand . I have called 132 times to 6 different person just to solve an issue of my refrigerator and it took total 1.5 month and failed twice with a same issue.
Even today i have not received proper answer from concern person about reason of failure .They don’t treat,Understand customer as a customer.
Sorry to Say but this is the fact what i have been through and i want to let everyone know be cautious before spending even a rupee for this product .LG.response / report this review -
