  Hotel is 40min. walking distance from bus park, &northen side from Elephant statue Round about near by Baghmara comunity forest office Hotel have Normal to delux rooms, big gardens and enough parking areas, 24/7hours /days Hot and cold water, fresh &Delicious/hard/soft drinks available
  Same as other hotels in the town, This hotel also operate all kinds of service, (Park activities/pickup dropp off service from airport/bus park)

  Although the rooms and facilities are wonderful it is the people who work and run the hotel who make it so amazing. Everyone from the manager down has gone out of their way to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay for our family of 4.

  Staffs are friendly and helpful. Guides are good. Rooms are nice, but internet was bad. The electricity was not that reliable also, but they have backup power. Some strange ringing noise from the backup power generator could be heard from my room. The resort was quite far away from town. Was there for 3 days. My package only covered 2 days, so I have to pay for the activities for the last day. No big deal.

  The place is extremely beautifully located just two minutes from Elephant Safari Ride. The hospitality is very warm and good. On request they tried to make Jain food for us. They were open to suggestions

  Moved rooms from 5th floor as had no view, concrete wall and air conditioning units. Moved to out building ground floor all rooms smell very damp, not particularly clean. Bathroom very damp with large black patches on ceiling. Poor buffet style offer on food. Too far away from nearest village to walk to get anything else. Very disappointing.

  Nicely designed premises looking to be an oasis in the jungle, it could be one if some fine tuning are done in F&B and in room amenities, especially bed.

  This is a nice and cozy place with decent pricing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is complimentary which doesn't look complementary after having it.

  'Attention to detail' just doesn't give it! Absolute perfection from facility to customer service! Personable staff that enhanced every aspect of my stay. The enviornment, the atmosphere the food😃 I dont want to leave and will most certainly back!!!
