Very bad customer service. Bought a laptop from this shop and it’s hinge got broken (within warranty period) and went to there for repairing and handed my laptop to them for repairing , they even don’t repair it for a month and completely ignored making excuses . After selling product to customer , they completely ignores. So , don’t purchase any expensive products form here 👎👎(one of the worst experience I’ve ever had).

plz i beg you dont buy anything from this store. they sold me 60hz laptop saying 120 hz. the service after buying good is pathetic as hell. i regret buying from here plz dont buy expensive stuffs from this plzce

after sales service is worst. Once sold, very rude behaviour, voli voli vanerai bitincha 2-4 mahina, ani tes pachi, oho 2-4 mahina pachi vanera kaha huncha vandai ultai customer lai dos dincha.
Dont purchase expensive items. Purchase less from here, go for other vendors, there are lots of alternatives in New Road and Putalisadak. We regret buying from here.response / report this review -

This is really a good computer shop.
