Being a governmental hospital it has also the same defect in the proper management .An oldest hospital and regional hospital of koshi zone but it is not well equiped and not with well infrastructure.Critical buildings poor availability of doctors and poor services of doctor even they are on duty.It also provides education based on the health sector too.It is benificial for all people but especially people with medium and lower background are mostly came there.
