Established in 2006/2007 by collecting twenty five percent fund from the residents of Kohalpur and seventy five percent from the Government of Nepal, this organization कोहलपुर खानेपानी तथा सरसफाइ उपभोक्ता समिती in Nepali provides Drinking Water Facility to consumers of Kohalpur municipality ward number 1,2,5,6,7,10,11 and 12. The capacity of the Overhead Tank is 4,50,000 cubic meter of water while the extension project also has the same capacity.
