Worst service at all. They delivered the product different than we order. Seem like they don't even check what product has been ordered. They deliver what they get in their hand randomly. Recommend not to order from here.

Worst service.. i ordered my shoes. I got my shoes and payed money.. when size didnt matched, i returned the shoes but its has been 2 weeks that i have not got my shoes.. when i reordered, my order was cancelled by themselve. Worst service

Worst place to shop. One time the delivery guy was asking for me to visit him so he could hand me the item and now this thing broke the first time i tried to use. I agree that the product is cheap but i was atleast expecting 1 month of life. Don't buy it from here. They sell worst items. I wish Google provided users to rate on minus. 1star cause its mandatory.

As per my order experience in KAYMU, worst customer support. I requested the delivery guy to drop the product in reception of my office as I was not there and receive the payment and his answer was “ we are not for door to door delivery”. And returned from the gate rejecting delivery. I called customer support and complained about the act. But those guys felt easy to cancel the order rather then redelivery. Remember, you are not single business in Nepal.

First time I tried "Kaymu", my order got cancelled because the product I ordered was out of stock but, they had not bothered to update it on their website. A few days ago, I decided to give it a second chance and placed an order again and much to my surprise, my order go cancelled again. The reason was the same: They were out of stock. They still have not updated the information on the product as if it is still available. This time I decided to give their customer care a try. Why do you even bother kaymu? Customer care people sound lazy af and are ineligible to say anything except for "Yes, sir" and "No, Sir".
