  Really loved this place: the location, ambience and the best staff ever. Came to this resort as a part of a 3days 4 night long trip to Chitwan national park. The best thing about this place is the friendly staff. They treated us like we were family guests. Rooms are cozy, food is nice, although the Wifi was a bit slow but being located this far it's rather good. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the river flowing alongside, and go on jungle walks with the amazing guides. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

  Air condition is broken on one of my stay, not out of electricity since fan is still working. Temperature is almost 40 degree C in the room. Staff is willing to help but actually do nothing, he refused my request when I ask for changing a room at about 1am.I end up did not sleep all night. At 5 am manager came and I found out AC going well in other rooms. Trust me, you have better choice rather than this place.

  This service is located in good ambiance. The staff are smiley. overall service were good tough it is bit more expensive to other who provide mostly the same. The elephant back ride was very sad experience , because Mahut (riding guide )tortured her a lot and we saw no animals except some couple of deer.

  Best locatation in the sauraha near By river .i stayed 3 Night this Place i enjoyed very much. Friendly Staff and good Food and good hospitality . I did many many program in the Wildlife . Specially saw rhino and many more wild animals Insider the national park . After the Jungle i went to the elephant breeding Centre. It is very interesting to see baby elephant . the elephant bathing is more interesting Front of the Hotel .
