  Gahawa Mai Temple is one of the oldest Temple in Birgunj which’s history stretches back to the establishment of this city. This temple has remained sacred place for Hindus and hosts a huge fair during the Dashain festival. Anyone coming to Birgunj should must visit this temple seeking blessings from goddess Gahawa Mai.
