A document was sent from Kathmandu to Canada on March 2, 2020. It was updated on EMS Tracking system when it was sent from there after that there was no any update. A email was sent in the email address listed in EMS Nepal website but no response came from them. I don't know where is my parcel. It's a shame!!!

bad experience. my important parcel never reached the destination and after enquiring everyday for 2 weeks, they were not able to track the item. how can that happen with registered mail
