If it is off season you don’t need to get here too early. We came in mid january and at 8am we were the first people. All the people who came untill openo g finished they application in 1hour. So coming here about 10am is also a cool option.
BUT, be prepared that if you have mistakes in the application they ask you to re-do it. If you are early, than you can manage to redo the applycation, reprint and get back untill 12 (noon) what is the closing time.report this review -

Great service, make sure you grab a number when you get in. Arrived at 9 am (gates officially open at 9:30, the day I went they opened maybe 9:34), I was about 30th in the queue, which took about an hour. Note that unless you are a resident of Nepal, you aren't privy to the same visa options as back home. The very friendly Consular official told me I was limited to 6 months (may differ based on nationality). Make sure to mention double entry if you need! I had to write a justification, and they said, "it's up to the actual embassy to decide to issue you a single or dual entry".
