  Good hospitality with service.
  24 hrs check out time.
  Many types of foods and drinks plaza available nearby this hotel.
  First time i am happy in Nepal for this hotel.

  No room service. You can ask for breakfast during dinner time then only they will be able to serve you breakfast in morning but timing 'WILL BE' still doubtful. No food item will be served in time. Hotel has generator facility but it will only start when you go to reception everytime and compain about it beacause majority time intercom will not function. No problem will be addressed in time. No timely room service. Even they don't bother to change bedsheet whether you stay for 2 days or 10 days. Overall horrible experience.

  Moderately good for this region, not so much sophisticated, however clean room . Food is served mostly spicy food in Indian style.
