Friendly staff. Good location, especially if you have a flight to catch next morning. Reasonable rooms for a budget hotel.

One of the best budget hotel you'll get in Kathmandu.
They have big spacious room. The one I stayed in was really nice. Nice washroom/WiFi. Its very close to Pashupati and TIA.
I had to take a flight to India the next morning. Had no issues reaching there in time.

It also has a restaurant in the same building.
