Cleanliness, professionalism and service seems to be lagging. The hotel is easily accessible due to its location. However, as compared to services and standard maintained the tariffs are quite higher.

If location is the key, it's one of the better positioned hotels in Biratnagar. However some amenities leave you wanting more. As of 2017, it's not one of the posh hotels out there anymore however it still continues to be one of the top hotels in Biratnagar due to it's PR and marketing.

I have spent a sleepless night in this hotel. Actually, I played cards with my friends overnight so I couldn't sleep. Other than that, the rooms are awesome and there's also a seminar hall. You can organize a grand party in that hall. I couldn't eat a lot because I drank a Red Bull at 7 and at 8, I was called for dinner. However, the food they serve is great. There's a balcony in select rooms and the cost of the rooms is also reasonable. They had fiber wires so you don't need to worry about connection. Great hotel to spend your night!
