Hotel looks huge and room looks good but service was not great. When you pay big money service and facilities must be provided equally.
Heating system was very poor. There was no heating and cooling system fitted in the room. You have to ask for it. They will provide you cheapest individual mobile heater and that doesn’t make your room hot enough. The way staff be heave to customers was not good.
Room was smelly, Tea or coffee was not provided in the room.
Power use to cut off time to time and sometime they ignore to turn the generator on.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

I love the place and environment is good. There is garden and play ground for kids. We can get fresh air cause it's on top of the hill. Food is good but it's little bit expensive. There is various kinds of food like chinese, Thai, Nepali and so on. There is parking lot also, not only food facilities for hotel booking is also good.

Wont Recommend. Biased Hotel. Those who are paying currencies except NPR gets good room. And we nepali get a room with dirty, old pillow, stinky towels and bed sheets older than 5 yrs. It wasnt comfortable as well. highly disappointed with my visit on jan 2017.
