Two stars. One for its location and other for its power backup.
You can easily access to government offices from this hotel. Almost all government offices are near Hotel Siya Palace. There is 24hr power backup (at least when i stayed).
Rooms are not good forget about bathroom. Its like public toilet. I could find alcohol bottles around corner of bathroom. Minimum rate starts at Rs.1000 and the service is below average. But you have no options when you are looking for hotel at Gaur.
There is hotel Royal Indu. Which claims to be of equal as Hotel Siya Palace but its worse than Siya Palace. They Just charge as equal as Hotel Siya Palace.

There is no hotel which even comes close to Siya palace for spending a peaceful night.
It does have some defects and needs some maintainence but this is definitely the best, you can find in Gaur.
