The hotel is one of the finest in Dhangadi , Kailali and is aspiring to achieve the best if it's category in the town.
Hotel ahs added another new building to its facilities and there are still more rooms to improve.

This place was fine for us. We found the staff to be friendly. The rooms were spacious and generally clean. It is a 2 star hotel and thus we weren't expecting The Plaza. So I would say that the place is exactly what it claims to be.

Service is quite good. As we were on program, I felt the hotel really lacks staffs. It's average price average service hotel. The view from roof top is great. The hotel as enough parking space. But Hall is not so good, the color of hall is dark yellow, which is itself not friendly for our eyes. As there are no sound absorver too, you'll hear echo a lot.
