  Good hospitality location is very nice but there is only one bottle of water is complimentry it should more than two bottles or two bottles of water
  
  Overall hotel is good cleaniness is good decor is also very good

  The interior and the rooms are decent and pretty good with the price. Communication; PITIFUL. The guards are well mannered and friendliler than some of the desk staff. The food is good too, but then I got an insect in mine as a complimentary, once.

  Just visited Pokhara and stayed in Hotel Goodwill. Situated in the heart of tourist district Lakeside, excellent hospitality and family atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and recommended to all types of visitors.
