Hotel is 25min. walking distance from bus park, & 35min from Elephant statue Round about Hotel have Normal to delux rooms, big gardens and enough parking areas, 24/7hours /days Hot and cold water,

It was very bad service. I won't recommend it to anyone unless they like suffering. No phone in room to call for service or ask for anything. I didn't expect hot water but it runs out of cold water too. They make arrangements for tours and the elephant ride was so uncomfortable and dangerous. I couldn't wait for the 2 hour elephant ride to be over. Other parts of Nepal has better service.

The service makes you feel like a princess, all the staff somehow know your name! The food was delicious and beyond my expectations, very accommodating as I was a veg. The staff do expect tip though which i gave without hesitation. Please be aware that rating standards are different in Nepal than to the Western world. Some dusty furniture, ants in the bathtub, not much hot water. BRING your own toiletries ! They only provide small packets of head and shoulders shampoo (bad quality) and a tiny bar of soap. They have towels and toilet paper at least :P

A wonderful place to be,, service is at its best,, From guides to waiters, they are friendly and communicate so well, they have given all they have got while constructing the hotel, food is also best, restaurant is also awesome.
