Hotel itself is fine. But the bathroom is very small for the money you pay and the food are not that great. The staffs are polite and fine, surrounding is clam and clean. The road reaching the hotel is in bad condition now and the rooms are not sound proof so avoid staying near the lobby area. Swimming pool is also small.

This is it ! One super location. " The WOW deal" The Mystic Mountain has a fantastic restaurant. On a mountain setting with a beautiful view. It opened recently and it will most certainly attract a lot of visitors. The dishes we enjoyed ware extremely surprising. A great culinary wizard must be in charge there. We did not plan to stay overnight at the mountain, but i can be shore that the hotel rooms are astonishing.

The rooms are big enough, well decorated. The last location has a nice landscape view with the balcony attached in every rooms. Overall a wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones.

Great idea yet reality doesn't meet the expectations. We were there in February and it was quite cold and windy. The design makes the corridors freezing.
It is a big hotel and poorly signed. So I got lost in corridors and I couldn't find gym nor restaurant as there were no signs.
Restaurant nice but average however price are high. Staff confused and definitely need additional training in customer skills.
Very slow service at the reception.

Shame Mystic Mountain. You have the potential.

Perfect holiday destination. Located on the hills, the view is a stress buster as you can relax and enjoy the infinity pool. Very good hospitality, room service and well-maintained rooms. This paradise sits little bit on the expensive side, but overall it's a money's worth. I will certainly visit again.

Really nice place for a weekend retreat. Good views. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Awesome food and very friendly staff. The drive here was tough though (Dec 2017).

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms and stunning views. Food was good, breakfast buffet was excellent, everything we could want.
The hotel is very new and clean. It is an isolated spot so count on having all meals at the hotel. Watching sunrise from our terrace was an amazing experience. We were there in winter so pool, jacuzzi etc. was not usable (not heated). Nice to look at, would be lovely in summer. We used the gym, quite small but everything new and clean.
Heat in rooms, lobby and restaurant, no central heating so hallways are chilly, especially when sun is behind the mountain. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. Bring warm clothes, cooler here than other area we visited.
