Pathetic state as the town was power outraged 4 days before my planned trip. Under the humid weather, no power to power up the AC though there were 3 genset. No effort to reconnect the Wi-Fi facilities, given excuses that lacks electricity.am sad to say that wifi was available at Cafe along the main street. Would have checked out immediately if not because we arrived at about 3 in the afternoon, nevertheless, decided to cut short my stay there and hopped to other locations due to the poor facilities

The rooms that we stayed and the entire hotel was pretty large, very clean and beautiful. Services provided by the staff members were faultless. After knowing the fact that we had two members in our family diabetic the staff members went beyond their limits to offer better breakfast as per requirements and as per other members we were offered more than what we asked for. We had to cancel the tour of Lumbini that we organised through the hotel due to bad weather before 2 hours and the staff members made it possible without a question and we didn't even have to pay a cent for it. I am looking forward to staying with them next time am at Lumbini. From me and my family a great thanks to the whole hotel team for taking such a great care of us.

We walked into this place looking for breakfast. The front reception pointed us to the restaurant. The waiters seated us and handed over the menu. After browsing through, we were ready to order. The waiter came over to take our order. As we start telling him what we wanted to eat, he says we cant order most items on the menu because they are getting ready for a big group coming in later. Why no one bothered to alert us earlier is mystery.
