Excellent hospitality. One of the best 3 star hotel in pokhara.

The exterior of the hotel, waiting lounge and dining have good environment and decor. Location of the hotel is quite OK. Just a few minutes walk from lakeside. Staff of the hotel is good in terms of hospitality but again they can improve in their service delivery like repairing extension telephone numbers (as they do not receive their calls when we dial from our rooms), replacing old TV remotes by new ones. Otherwise the human aspect of the hotel is OK for me and my family.

We stayed three nights in this Hotel, we liked it very much. Staff & the manager have been very attentive to us. We were very happy to get to watch early in the morning sunrise view from sarangkot. Will back in the future as well.

Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and nice flower decorations. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms have hot water, wifi is working and laundry service is excellent. Location is just a few meters away from Fewa Lake and the main street. Can highly recommend this place.

everything was not as exoected. there's no hand shower in any toilet. they also. seems more professional than friendly..

The hotel is located very close to Fewa lake and is easily accessible from the airport and bus stop. The rooms were fairly big and beds were comfortable. But the bedsheets were dirty and the washrooms do not have a hand faucet.
Also, the WiFi did not work during my entire stay of 2 days.response / report this review -

Filthy rooms. I found paint, bodily fluids and other stains on the bed and just touching the bed gave me rashes

While I stayed there were too many mosquitoes. Hope they solved it now. Just 5 minutes walk to Phewa lake. Clean room and toilet.

" Fantastic hotel with excellent staff "
Located at the heart of the most beautiful city in Nepal, Hotel Himalayan was the perfect place for me to stay while roaming around Pokhara. . The environment was quite friendly and the staffs were just so polite and active. It's a hotel probably the same as all the others in pokhara. It's clean, good view from the roof. The internet is bad, but hey, it's Nepal.
