  Went there for dinner, food arrived quicker than before. Good friendly staff. Food tasted good, especially the chicken chilly. The staff were very accommodating. Has a large seating area for big group and music venue

  It's in the centre of the town and its easy to finish some work around the town if you stay over there and if you take the room with the balcony you can see the whole busy town through the balcony in my opinion it's one of the best Hotel to stay while visiting Birtamod plus the customer service and the staffs over there are pretty sweet , the hotel has its own restaurant and bar and lounge with weekends live bands performance and the rooms are also clean and nicely decorated and the one thing i like about this Hotel is every room is named as a district such as Janakpur and Gandaki with the room number too , overall it's a nice place to take a rest while travelling with your family and friends.

  Located at the heart of Birtamod City, it is easily accessible through flight or by road. The staff there are always welcoming and serve you with smile. I didn't like my room the first time, they happily accepted my request to change and provided me another room. Had a wonderful stay.

  It was a nightmare. They were too preposterous and snobby, slippery with their mouth. Untill you check in, they are very welcoming and humble. Trying to force stuffs but humbly. But sweet as sugar before check-in and sour as spoiled milk when the guests needed a favour. Fellow guest, who happened to be a doctor, had to be at the hospital for an emergency, tried to get out of there and pled for the door to open, but he was denied, after multiple requests and a long sincere and humble appeal, finally the manager demanded that if he had to go, he had to checkout with all his colleagues who were staying there same room. In the middle of the night all were forced outside.
  Shame on them.

  Hotel Hicola Heritage has several AC and None AC rooms and it has its own restaurant and Bar.
  
  Quality of food served at restaurant are okay however, you have wait for several minutes gets foods after order except Drinks.
  
  Tariff of rooms are slightly expensive and you may need to negotiate to fix the same.
  
  Overall quality of the Hotel is satisfactory.

  Room was awesome but they lied their room price. They need to fix that. in the check in time they said $2500 for AC room but when the check out time they said $3500.Just be careful people who are planing to stay.

  This being the new hotel, provides all the luxury of star hotel, great food, star quality service, plays live band on Friday & Monday, make it your first preference if spending night @Birtamod on your next visit

  Good place with a very friendly and comfortable environment and best rooms in the town...the balcony views are amazing early in the winter morning ......and not to forget the FOOD...best in town with all cuisines of food served in the best way...thank you.....
