Bad service, Untidy room, linen not changed and no hot water facilities. Never recommend.

These is the third time I stay in your hotel. .it's the last one also. ..disappointed with the reception guy. ..I pay the room charge in the morning include the all charges upon check out the guy charge me extra 300 rupees as a service charge when I ask him my room charge is include with s/c all he reply me if you don't like our policy don't visit our hotel next time. ..there are 1000 of hotels around I was treated so badly I didn't argue with these unprofessional guy. ..I think it's better to pay then argue with himwhen I order lunch they tell me due to deepawali they are sort of food items so they recommend me mutton with plain white rice which is not in there menu book upon check out they charge me 700 rupees when I asked them your thali set with mutton or chicken cost 390 in menu how come u charge me 700 rupees for white rice with 3 piece of mutton n gravy. ..the same guy ans me you eat the food nw whatever I charge u should pay. disgusting. ..unprofessional. ..no guest satisfaction. ..never back again. ..please be careful of those things before u checked in these hotel. ..totally disappointed
