This is the best hotel you can find in Lahan. 2 star less less for no hot water for shower and flush is not good enough in toilet.

I was there for lunch while I was moving on d highway. I find this as a good highway hotel/motel . It's has swimming pool, ac rooms, ac hall good restaurants , bars and other facilities.

But I noticed few things
Like I ask for wi-fi password, but their people told me that it's not working and I ask why, they reply that they haven't deposited the money for it.

While taking lunch, I need to get up and ask to the reception man for the extra order.
They are busy on other things like weeding program, seminar, party and other things

Now what I mean to say is their management is not as per expected. All are their clients and they pay what they use . So they must treat all equally.

If they can manage it properly, it would be very good place.

Finally there are no other place having facilities like this in the area.

Ambience is nice but weak management and poor maintenance. Internet connection is problem n even connected not working. Cup set is mismatched. No electric jug for tea or coffee at AC deluxe room then what is the purpose of tea packet, sugar, coffee n milk powder. No hot water. Furniture rack is unable to close. No TV channels n when signal comes, only nepali channels. Card payment was not working. Staff do not offer to carry my luggage. Found worst due to high expectations.

Very basic hotel, reasonably comfortable compared to the types of hotels available in this area. But if you're used to 5 star hotels, bring a sleeping bag as there are no sheets for the blankets. Water is inadequately hot, so be prepared for cold showers. Mosquitoes abound even in December so bring adequate protection.

We went to Durbar for dinner. Place was clean. Lots of space for vechicle parking, with swimming pool. We found food was great. Nice momo, good roti with vegetables and curries. Toilet was clean. Overall service was five star in South eastern part of nepal.

Nice rooms and good service. Yet I did not like the rule that you have to pay cash everytime you eat even though you were staying there for 2 nights. Bills can be settled at the end.

I was so comfortable at the Hotel Durbar. The room was spacious, clean and the Food was wonderful. I have recommended it to friends who live in Nepal and out there near and have to accommodate visitors. One and olny Excellent stay in Lahan

The hotel is basic but being new benefits from a level if cleanliness and functionality of equipment. Visit coincided with a Nepali wedding so staff were pushed, things got a bit slow but they managed to fit us in amongst the wedding guests. A few staff have very basic English enough to cope

Restaurant is good. However, if you are looking to host a party or marriage, you might want to look for a better option. They were late in doing the arrangements by more than 2 hours in my last experience.
