Positives: Handy to airport, beer is cold, food seemed mostly very good, staff friendly we had spacious rooms with ensuite bathroom, warmish shower. Not so good: Air conditioning does not work reliably, although this may be partly a power supply problem, rather than entirely hotel-specific (?). Mosquitoes in some rooms.

I literally had to struggle a lot to get a good sleep here. Despite of telling the owner and the staff repeatedly to stop talking downstairs and making noise they were annoyingly loud and irresponsible that I had to be rude and scold the young boys
(waiters). It’s the worst experience of my life that I had to run downstairs three times and scream from the room and finally they stopped making noise. Worst service. very unprofessional staff members.
Too noisy environment. I am never coming back here again.

This hotel is comfortable with high standard rooms for the area, all with aircon. Our room was generously sized, the bedding was clean and an electric water heater provided hot water, something not all Tarai hotels offer, yet needed in the November 28C max temperatures.
The hotel is a little let down by the kitchen/restaurant. The meals were quite edible but nothing special, not as high standard as the rooms.
It is conveniently close to Bhadrapur's airport and taxi drivers all know it. Google Maps is less reliable in getting you there (2017).
