This is our third vacation with the Himalayan Trekkers. They provide great service and trip suggestions with great itineraries. This time we explored dessert-like Upper Mustang. We were astonished to see the place, feel that dry air, and be greeted with such warmth. We had a great time on the trip. It was also the suggestion of Raj. He really makes us feel like a part of their family. My choice would be Himalayan Trekkers forever.
My daring girlfriend begged me for the couple bungee jumping because I was not interested in doing daring things. But, after experiencing it once, you would want to go again. Yes, I felt that way. I am surely trying that again as a solo. It was Raj who suggested this adventure to us.
Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter Tour
If you are not into climbing or trekking like me, this is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. An early morning Helicopter flight to Annapurna Base Camp is a great option, and it is worth the money you pay. I was a solo traveler but thankfully there were a group of three wanting do the same tour at that time. The budget then was split into four and we enjoyed our trip to the base camp of mount Annapurna.
Everest Helicopter Tour
Birthday bash for myself in front of Everest…..
I flew on my 25th birthday, had champagne, and then enjoyed the 360 degree Himalayan peaks from the Everest View Hotel. I also treated myself with some once-in-a-lifetime photos. 15 minutes break at Kalpathar was such a mesmerizing moment. I had never thought of standing at 5500 meters watching the beauty of world’s highest peaks. I deserved this treat.
Island peak trek was challenging physically and mentally, but it was all worth the incredible views we had. We were five friends, and we never had such fun ever. Though trekking on this trail is not a piece of cake, we kept a positive mindset and didn't let the zeal fade. And hats off to our climbing guide, who helped us throughout the climb. Without his assistance and his patience towards us, it would not have been possible to complete the journey.
