Had a wonderful experience, great friendly environment, hospitality was warm and welcoming,
You should go and ask for Suman Dhakal wonderful and friendly guy, who will manage for you well.
Food is good, menu is small, food service is nice but needs to improve,
Rooms are spacious and clean , can have a really warm shower, hot water facility was nice,
Needs to keep dustbin in all the rooms.response / report this review -

Nice location and they got roof top to watch sunset/sunrise overlooking one of the squares. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed. I love the bamboo furniture and it's not like the typical modern hotel. Timber structure building, suits with Bhaktapur ambiance. We went on 23rd Dec, almost Christmas, we got 1 free breakfast which is really nice.

This is a very nice guesthouse with a wonderful host. He is knowledgeable about Bhaktapur and Nepal, speaks English very well and seem to enjoy sharing what he knows and suggesting things to do, if you haven't made plans yourself. Rest of staff is also very nice. We liked to sit on the rooftop terrace taking in the city. Looking one way you see Taumadhi Square. Looking the other way you see everyday Bhaktapur life. Oh, and they have great hot showers and you can even have a room heater. Highly recommended.

Just ate here but food was almost cold, portions are too small, half of the menu they didn't have and we had to wait over an hour for 2 rice and 2 noodle meals! The worst.

J'ai séjourné dans une chambre coquette et très propre, au calme, côté cour.
Cette guesthouse est idéalement placée au centre de la ville historique.
Le personnel, très souriant, est sans aucun doute le plus aimable et le plus serviable rencontré depuis que je suis au Népal.

We stayed here two nights. The staff were very nice and the food was great. Saying that, the guest house was deeply disorganized - they did not know about our reservation when we arrived, they asked us to pay for things we did not order, and we did not get hot water because the waiter forgot to turn the boiler on when we asked him to..
