The guy pretend to be your friend but he is totally fake. I spent a lot there and wanted to return gloves that were broken and old, first he tried to convince me they were ok , he did not want to give me my money back (800 ripose out of 4500 spent the day before). Could not manage to have my money , he just gave me another pair of glove worth much less the money I paid !! Don’t go there! YAK MOUNTAIN has better stuff and better prices!!

They were very efficient at getting our permits - it took less than a day to get ones for the Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley.
A very good company if you just want to book a guide and/or porter and don't want a full package.report this review
