  I got a pilot who could only speak 5 words English and he was not informative at all. So not much fun and not easy to feel safe. The company told that they rented him from another company (Sky Fly I think), but it is still their responsibility that customers can feel safe and happy. It is better to go with TripAdvisor top rated company.
