It is widely known that Ghandruk has one of the most unobstructed views of Machupucchare and the southern Annapurna mountains. Gurung Cottage is positioned on a hillside, with a perfect view overlooking the valleys, hills and towering peaks that surround Ghandruk.

On site organic Vegetable gardens supply the kitchen with the ingredients for our nepalese and western food, our all you can eat Dhal-Bhat is worth a try. We also supply locally grown and roasted coffee as well as a selection of original desserts.
The cozy traditionally built rooms make Gurung Cottage the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the Annapurna Conservation Area. We provide solar heated water systems in the common bathroom and cold water showers and modern bathroom fixtures in the room. Our dining hall is equipped with a water filter device that allows you to fill up your empty drinking bottles. We don't sell plastic bottles at Gurung Cottages, and hope by next year to help make Ghandruk plastic bottle free.

We cater to groups, couples, student groups, families and trekkers.
